Ground beef and me

I think I cook three things well: hamburgers, chili, and -- now -- meatloaf. Beyond that, I don't know what I'm doing. But this meatloaf is delicious.

I think the key to this meatloaf is in the glaze, which combines ketchup with apple-cider vinegar (though other mild vinegars are also acceptable) and brown sugar.

It reheats well, too.
