In celebration of the good people who buy everything they eat at the low, low price of $6.99 a pound, I had two soft-boiled eggs for breakfast today. I overcooked them, but they were still delicious.
Who eats soft-boiled eggs anymore? Do you have egg cups in which to put them? And, if you over-cooked soft-boiled eggs, wouldn't they be considered hard-boiled?

They weren't QUITE hard-boiled. Way too firm, however.
