Is it possible that the NFL scouting combines measure the wrong things?

Naaah. It's very important to know (photo 4) how quickly a quarterback runs straight ahead (out of a starting-blocks position, no less) for 40 yards in a t-shirt and shorts. Also, you want your QB to look good with his shirt off (photo 1).

Do they give extra points to the team whose QB has the best abs?
